Sub Zero

"Sub Zero Ice Cream: Where Science and Cream Mix!"
The key is to start with liquid ice cream (low-fat or regular), stir in your favorite flavors and mix-ins, and freeze the concoction instantly with liquid nitrogen.

April and I took the kids out for a science lesson and ice cream before heading out to Boo at the Zoo! What a great place to learn and endulge in some fresh ice cream. Everyone should check this place out!
